Put the chicken, yogurt, ½ the lime juice, ½ the garlic and ginger paste and ⅓ of the spice mix in a bowl and toss to coat. Strain curry sauce through a sieve, a little bit at a time. Slice the chicken into lengths and plate up next to the rice. - Wash the chicken and marenate with ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice.. and leave for 30 min

- When the chicken almost cooked and started to leave water from itself add some coriander leaves and garnish with onions and coriander leaves
