  3. Heat skillet on medium heat, add carrots , cook for roughly 10 minutes. - (Until just starting to soften) be sure to flip carrots regularly.
  4. Add vinegar and honey, stir and mix well. keep on medium heat for another 3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, stir well again ensuring all carrots are covered and let the carrots simmer in honey coating for another 7 minutes, or until carrots are soft to your liking.
  6. Serve with your favorite main dish and see them steal the show.
