- Transfer the Step 2 mixture onto a flat plate, smooth it out, then cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave for 6 minutes. When it's cooked, remove from the microwave, swirl the sauce on, and you're done.
- It's ok even if the shape of okonomiyaki collapses after microwaving. Flatten it again along the shape of the plate, then it will go back to the original shape.
