- Oil grease your hand take mixture, make small ball put on appe mould and cover lid cook 10 minute medium flame both of side
- Take a hole pan heat oil and crackle all whole spices add ginger garlic green chilli paste Saute golden colour add onion paste saute 1 minute
- Add all spices,2 spoon water Saute leave oil,add tomato puree and mix well add to Cup water and salt boiled one time,add Kofta Cook 3 or 4 minute medium flame garnish green coriander
