- When okra started becoming dry add red chilli pwder,garam masala, Coriander pwder in it.
- If you are adding curd rise flame again and stir it fastly if you r adding lemon juice add in last when you off the flame and if you are adding dry mango pwder add it when okra cook till 80%
- Serve it with chapati.

I didn't grow up eating it - growing up in Vermont, I think my only exposure to okra was the one or two little pieces you find in some canned vegetable soups.
