  7. Add the above prepared masala, 1 tablespoon garam masala and the chana masala to it.
  8. Add the boiled cholass and mix well.
  9. Add water to this mixture. The cholas should be just submerged in the water.
  10. Add salt and chilli powder to taste.
  11. Let it boil for a few minutes before you switch off the heat.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve with bhature.
