  4. Add oil to the pan and fry the red chillies till they puff. Transfer to the plate and allow all ingredients to cool.
  5. Take all ingredients in a blender, add asofetida and salt. Grind to fine or little coarse powder depending on your preference.
  6. Store in an airtight container. Serve with idli or dosai.
