- Now second layer is the mousse. For that take 2 cups of milk in a kadhai.
- Now to that add 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup corn flour. Mix everything well and then turn on the flame.
- Keeping the flame low - medium continuosly stir the milk for 10 mins.
- When the milk becomes very thick turn off the flame amd add the removed cream of Oreo biscuit to it.If you are using vanilla cream Oreo then add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
- For a good smell add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to it. Now let it cool for a while.Then add 4 tbsp of mousse to it. Make it even with your spoon
- Now for third layer ganache we will need 1/4 cup dark chocolate. I am using morde brands chocholate you can use any.
- Now to that add 2 tbsp of cream / milk and 1 tbsp butter. Melt the chocolate.You can either melt it using double boiler method or by using your microvave.
- Now pour the third layer of ganache. Pour about 2 tbsp of prepared ganache in each mousse cups.
- Now refrigerator the mousse for 15 mins
- Now for fourth layer take a scoop of Oreo ice cream and put it over the mousse.
- For decoration add some chocholate shaving and Oreo piece.
- Oreo mousse is ready.
