- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and combine them using a spatula or an electric whisk.
- To the above mix add the vanilla essence, white vinegar, salt and sugar.
- Once mixed well, add the cut apples and nuts of your choice and combine well.
- Add the mix to a greased loaf tin. Tap the tin to release any trapped air bubbles.
- In your preheated oven, place the loaf tin and set it to 180 degrees and cook for 30 mins. Poke the loaf with a skewer or toothpick to check if cooked.
- Once done, wait for it to cool down and cut into slices.
