The ingredients needed to make No Cook Besan and Badam Laddu:
- Prepare 1 cup roasted gram (bhuna channa) without skin
- Get 3/4 cup sugar
- Prepare 1/4 cup ghee
- Get 1 tablespoon skinned almond powder
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Take 4 almonds (chopped) to garnish

- Grind the roasted gram in mixer to a very fine and smooth powder which will have same texture of dry besan.
- Take out in a bowl, then grind sugar to a fine powder. Now combine all the ingredients except ghee and cardamom powder, and grind again to a smooth powder.
- Take this mix in a bowl, then add cardamom powder and ghee. With the help of a flat spoon, back of a steel katori or spatula, rub in the ghee into the mixture for 7-8 minutes.
- When the ghee coats the powdered mix completely, it will have reached same texture like cooked Laddu mix. At this stage, take out a lemon sized portion and roll out in smooth laddu.
- Repeat till all the laddus are made. Then decorate with almond pieces and serve for any special occasion or just like that.
