  2. Make ready 500 ml milk

  6. Make ready 3/4 cup Faluda sev
  7. Make ready As needed water

Rose syrup is easily available in Indian and here in USA, you will find in Indian grocery store. Faluda: Here is an ideal Iced Faluda drink for a picnic on a sunny , warm day. This is a special home made Faluda, which is very healthy and cools the body with two special ingredients called china grass. I had to give my friends treat for my new job so after dinner i took them for Faluda.

Steps to make Faluda:
  1. Soak sabza for 30 minutes in 1 cup water
  2. In a pan, add 1 glass water, 1 tbsp sugar stir it, add faluda sev and boil it for 4-5 mins
  3. For jelly: take 1 glass boiling water add contents of jelly pack in it mix well and boil it for 8-10 minutes on medium low flame. Remove it in bowl let it get at room temperature and than keep it in refrigerator for 40-45 minutes
  4. Remove it in strainer. Put cold water and drain it
  5. Boil milk than add 3-4 tbsp sugar stir well than boil it for 8-10 minutes on medium low flame
  6. Let it get cool on room temperature and chill it for 30 minutes
  7. In a glass, add 2-3 tsp rose syrup, sabza, 1-2 tsp jelly,faluda sev, milk (3/4 glass) stir it, add 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, add 1 -2 tbsp rose syrup and garnish it with pistachios
