- In a kadai pour 2 serving sps if refined oil
- Heat little sabit garam masala in it and little shahi zeera also
- Then fry 1 med finely chopped onion.Then add 1 tsp chpped garlic
- After 5 mins add 2 chopped tomatoes in it
- Again after 5 mins add 1 tsp salt,1tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1tsp dhania pwder
- Let them cook in slow flame
- Then add the grounded Dry fruits
- Cook all the masalas in slow flame untill the oil separates
- Now fry the chicken in a separate kadai
- Then shift it to the kadai which contains cooked masala and cover the lid
- Keep it covered in slow flame for 5 mins then check whether the chcken gets tender
- Now spread little zafran over it and garnish it with corriender leaves and serve it hot
