- Now take Lil amount of dough to make it like puri size in rolling pin
- Then make two parts of the puri n take 1part of it to make cone shaped n fill it with the mango stuff n make samosa
- Make all the samosas in this way n take a kadai for frying the samosas till it becomes golden.
- Then in another kadhai take 2 cup sugar n 1cup water n cardamom powder for the chasne n make the chasne till two threads appear
- Then add the samosas in the chasne
- Then take a plate add the cooled rabdi n place the sweet mango samosas on it
- Now it is ready to serve
Then add the mashed mango pulp and mix very well. Garnish with mango pulp and chopped almonds. Serve immediately or refrigerate for few hours and serve it chilled.
